- This a very nice house, with 2 levels. The student house occupies the upper level. There are 3 bedrooms and two shared bathrooms.
- The social areas of the house include a large living room, dining room and a studio.
- There is a large kitchen and washing and drying machines.
- There is wireless internet, cable TV, large flat screen TV and comfortable desks.
- All student bedrooms are fully furnished including bed, bedding and closet. All bedrooms are shared.
- All utilities are included (heating / hot water / internet / cable / phone).

- This student house is located in the city of Vancouver, in zone 1, with very good access to public transportation (daytime / nighttime).
- This a very nice house, with 2 levels. On the lower level there are 3 bedrooms and one shared bathroom. On the upper level there are 4 bedrooms and two shared bathrooms.
- The social areas of the house include a large living room, dining room and a studio.
